I am a senior citizen. I wear a brace around my leg. I must use a cane to walk and I have a handicap placard. My physician provided my Board of Directors with ample medical documentation in as much as stating that I need a handicap space in my Association. The BOD is giving me a much unneeded and unnecessary to acquire additional data from my doctor. There is absolutely no reason for this request except to harass me.
Please advise this senior citizen what my rights are, how I can overcome this absurd request for more and more paperwork, My physician has confirmed that what he provided was ample.
