Question:
For three weeks now, I have been trying to get an answer from the management company regarding an issue I'm having with a tenant in a unit that is rented out.
I've sent numerous emails to the property manager and never got an answer, so I emailed his boss who is the owner of the management company a couple of times, no answer.
As a last resort, I emailed the board president a couple of times, no answer. How do I get an answer?
