HOA Laundry Room Unbearable Due to Urine Odor


Question:

An HOA I recently took over has a unit owner with a bladder problem due to obesity. The Board said it was so bad, they had to ask she not use the laundry room as it would remain in the machines (the smell.) Urine can be noticed from down the hall it is so strong.

The Board met with the owner and sister and the problem went away for awhile.

Now it is back. What do you recommend?
