HOA repairs not being made. Property value affected.
The paved entry way and parking area is now 30 years old and crumbling. The board just wants to continue filling the cracks and not repave. We have some units with water damage to the garage doors and front doors due to an improper grade of the pavement (graded toward the buildings as to away from the building ). Need to force the board to redo this pavement. Property values are being affected!
