I have recently submitted a query to my HOA stating that rules for pets and animals must be made, as there are none. I live in California and there are various various laws about pets...and we have many issues in our complexes about them. I stated that there needs to be some regulation of weight, size, and amount of animals that can be kept in a small condo. I myself have two small breed dogs both under 10lbs and don't discriminate, but it's gotten quite out of hand. We have renters with 5 russel terriers and another with a very aggressive pit. I was wondering what can I do legally to press this matter forward, as I feel it is a neglected issue.
