Question:
We have board members on our condo board who have spent the Reserve Fund down to $12,000 and refuse to have a special assessment for common area painting, carpet replacement, parking lot resurfacing, etc. Is there any recourse so we can keep our buildings from falling in disrepair? thank you for any assistance you can give, -Maryann in WI
