How do we find lawyer who wont make problem worse?

Question:

How does one find a good attorney who will help RESOLVE a problem with the condo association and not make it worse? We have a situation where the association only listened to ONE side of the story of a CRAZY neighbor and now we are being harassed by the association and their lawyer.
