Our association is one of 9 associations being managed by one condo board. Each of the 9 boards has its own financials and condo documents. Our condo associations joined the current association several years ago.
What would be the process to leave the current situation and establish ourselves as an independent entity? Any idea about the cost of such a move? Thanks.
