I just bought my condo four months ago and now that I am meeting my new neighbors they all say that the president has been convicted for embezzlement and I wonder what can I do to remove her from the position. There are not weekly meetings for the board or monthly meetings for residents. this month a yearly meeting will take place after 5 years! Nearly anything has been done to maintain the property. I payed a private person to pain the hand railing (after 25 years) according to the neighbors. is is my first time living in a community property, any advise will be appreciated.
