I dislike our association so much that I want to move
Question:
What can I do about a HOA that does not enforce rules and plays favorites to individual homeowners? I dislike our association so much that I want to move. The president is going on his second or third term and he let's my neighbors get away with things that are specifically not allowed in our rules. I am asked if it bothers me, which is absolutely not the point. Rules are rules and the president and secretary refuse to be standard across the board to all homeowners. I have been involved and served on the board. I pay my dues and am tired of my board members ignoring and the issues I bring to their attention. Please offer some advice.
