I was kicked out of our condo association.

Question:

How do I get invoice charges billed to me when I was kicked out of the association. I am back in and I have asked for 5 invoices total of $12K charge to me.  I asked several times, to the president, keeps putting me off. It has been a month and a half and no copy of invoices.
