Question:
We had a wheelchair bound person move into a condo.
The only way this person can exit the parking spot is on the right of the car. So the Board painted reserved with unit number on the car bumper.
A homeowner complained, and said it was illegal to reserve a spot.
My understanding is that we need to make access available. Because of this person's special needs, that particular spot is the only one that meets his needs.
Are we allowed to do this?
