Measures to increase condo building security

Question:

We live in a small city condo building with under 30 units.  Lately we have had non-residents somehow entering the building.  We have no door man or security, only a buzzer.  We are considering installing a security camera.  I wonder what other folks have done to prevent unwanted guests in their building?
