### Can I be forced to have the irrigation control valve for the entire condo complex in my basement? My detached condo is currently under construction and irrigation lines have not been even started.

### Shouldn't this control valve be located where the lawn service can easily access it? What are my options for refusing to have it located in my basement?

### What are my responsibilities and liabilities if it is located in my basement? What if I am not home and there is a problem with the irrigation system?
