Under Florida Law, are the pooled reserve funds allocated equally to each unit since a building has 4 walls and a roof, and without such neither the condominium-style or townhouse-style units that comprise the building would be viable?
Or is the reserve fund part of the budget and allocated as per the % table for the various units?
