Late Fee Structure

30 day - 1st notice plus $ 25 late fee
60 day - 2nd notice plus $ 25 late fee
90 day - 3rd notice plus $ 25 late fee
Turn over to Lawyer plus all lawyer fees - Lawyer Lien Notice
Next - Foreclosure
