Looking for New Jersey property manager

Can anyone recommend their property manager. I am looking for personal recommendations from people, especially owners, who are happy with the management company...or at least has a manager that does a minimally decent job. Our current property manager makes trump look civilized. She either ignores even simple issues like minor routine maintenance or goes on a tirade if you try to talk to her. I swear, i could win the mega millions and offer to fund a $5 million special assessment to make major improvements...and she would go on a tirade. What she accuses people of is just not lucid.  New Jersey
