Looking for professional to run Delray condo association's meetings.

Question:

We are a 36 unit condo association in Delray Florida.  Our meetings are disorganized and do not stay on agenda.  Can we hire a professional to facilitate our meetings to Robert's Rules of Orders?  How much would this cost?
