Loud next door neighbors create nuisance


Question:

My next door neighbors in our condo building are loud.  There have been fights in the middle of the night, loud music and plenty of door slamming.  I have complained to the condo board in the past and nothing changes.  I have even had words with these neighbors.  Any idea how to resolve this on my own.  The board is not going to help me.
