Question:
I'm getting the run around with the management company in my condo. I'm the owner, and I requested monthly financial statements that I haven't seen for 2 years now. And still nothing.
They sent me the ones for 2014, and the numbers don't add up. I put a complaint in at the BBB, and then I got a nasty email saying I was taking this personal. Well yes, I am, because my money is going to pay repairs and it's been 8 months and still nothing. So i don't know what do to.
The board members are not responding to my emails, either. I also requested info on changing my back yard fence in April 2015 and still nothing. I feel I'm in this alone.
