Question:
The Los Angeles Housing Authority is suing me for not having my condo inspected.
I bought the condo 12 years ago for my mentally handicapped adult child. My child pays the dues sometimes. Other times I pay it.
Is he my tenant? I am the legal guardian, as my adult child is incompetent to handle legal affairs.
