Does anyone have any recommendations of collection agencies for condos in Michigan, or agencies that are licensed to collect in Michigan?
Been fortunate and never have had to collect, but this time not so lucky. Had to evict tenants as were three months behind on rent.
Have searched online and found many companies. Only some specialize in rent collection as most are “general” collection agencies. Many don’t look that reputable or charge way too much.
Before moving forward wanted to see if anyone has options or recommends a company. Any thoughts or recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks.
