## What do you think? Question:

This question is submitted by Terri H. out of Oregon

I have a parking spot "assigned" with my owned condominium which I have NEVER paid an extra fee (outside maintenance). Can the Board suddenly start to charge me a fee for said parking spot?

Thoughts?
