Is it legal for the board and management company to fine me $25.00?
Supposedly, they sent all unit owners a certified letter for post office p/u and to sign re: drying vent company to inspect all vents.
I never received that pink notice from post office to pick up the certified letter. They are now fining me $25.00 for being remiss in not returning the signed receipt, which I never received.
What are my legal rights?
