We are having a meeting because the Board wants to change our documents. The Board wants to insert that , "no lease of a Unit shall be for less than a period of seven days duration one-year" Our complex is 20 minutes from Disney and we have many snowbirds. With such a change to the documents, people who bought so they could rent their unit, will no longer be able to do this. I'm concerned that if this passes, landlords will be selling their condos and the value of our property will decrease. Any thoughts on this? Orlando Florida.
