Our association has no condo docs on file with town


Question:

I live in a condo in New York which has 84 units. I asked the Town Clerk if they had a Declaration and Bylaws for our condo association on file. Her response was nothing in her file and she called the Building/Planning Department and they also had nothing in their files for our association. What should I do as a homeowner in this association?
