Our association refuses to hold, meet, or listen to member complaints, concerns and issues in regards to maintenance of the buildings. We are only eight residences and "affordable housing" so we don't have much money, budget it tight, yet we have not seen a treasury report in two years. All requests are ignored. I sent an email last week asking for a meeting since we have not met in a year but have gotten no response. Are there any state agencies that enforce bylaws? This is horrible, as our condos need maintenance and repairs yet we can't even get the board to have a meeting!
