Owner has not paid condo fees for two years!


Question:

We have a homeowner who hasn't paid in two years (condo due).  Can we the directors do the lien and small claims courts on our own? We found out the treasurer has not kept very good records. In fact she hasn't turned over the record of checks or check books. We are kind of lost right now. We did send a demand letter to the homeowner.
