I own a home in Florida in a community with 193 units. These units are divided among 124 individual buildings. 55 of the buildings are single, detached A-frames, and 69 of them are single, detached duplex buildings, totaling 138 duplexes.
Currently, we are structured as condominiums. Is it possible to turn this into a community of single-family homes, with an HOA vs a COA?
If so, where do we start?
