I am trying to obtain a copy of proof of insurance covering our condos. I recently experienced a leak in my bathroom. My insurance requested that I obtain a copy of the association's policy.
I reached out and was ignored. What are my options? When I had a mortgage with my bank I would receive proof when I requested. The last statement expired in 2020.
When I contacted the insurer, I was informed that the association does not have a policy with them anymore. What can I do?
