Questionable election tactics for condo association
Question:
So we had an election and new members were elected. There was some very sketchy stuff regarding the election (candidates left off ballots, confusing instructions etc) so after the election, 2 new members asked for a recount of the ballots - we could not locate a single person that voted for the third candidate. The ballots have been at the lawyers office for 10 days and the building manager keeps saying that they haven't gotten results yet. 31 units in a condo in PA.
Now after repeated attempts, building management and the 3rd candidate will not agree to meet. Anything we can do?
