Questions about condo building's handicap parking


Our building is from 2007. When we bought into our 14-unit building, we were assigned one of two handicapped spaces, as I assume no one was handicapped or needed one. I take it, that if someone buys into the building with a handicapped placard and requests a handicapped space, one would need to be provided. My question is who should relinquish their handicapped space: the renter who put in a storage shed or us, owners, who haven't lived there as long? I've been loathe to put up a storage shed for fear that I will lose it in a case exactly like this.
