I know that Tenants sign saying they will abide by the rules and regs and an Association could possibly evict a tenant for not abiding by the rules and regs. The Police won't do anything with that has to do with a condo rule or reg. only Laws. And I believe that the board has to send an owner a letter with a time to correct the infraction and after the second letter it goes to the attorney to send a fine that is in the Condo Docs. So other than a per described fine is there any further possible penalties? And do boards have to enforce all their rules to be able to enforce some of their rules? Florida
