Question:
Our board of directors have frequently held closed-door meetings without notice to the association members and claim the members are not invited to attend.
Our state statutes do not say anything about open meetings, nor do our by-laws.
Is it still legal to hold these meetings? I and other members are suspicious of such meetings.
We are in North Dakota and our Condo Statutes are very vague.
