I am a senior, retired. I have lived and owned my condo for 30 years. I live on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor. A 36 yr old man rents the unit that shares a common bedroom wall. I have never had a problem w/anyone living there until now. He has sex every night starting around 10pm or 11pm that goes until 12 or after a bit. I can feel the vibration in my bed. They are at it again around 2 or 2:30 and again at 4:30 or 5am. I know, hard to believe, but I am pretty sure. I use to hear them verbally, but I complained and they sent him 2 letters. Now I just feel the vibration to the point it is affecting my sleep. I have no way to prove it except my daughter also has felt it when visiting. The board met with the renter and he denied everything. They won't take anything from my daughter, or my doctor who states my blood pressure has gone up due to lack of sleep. I can't record vibration so can't find a way to prove this. I did state the owner of the unit below him has heard him just a few times when visiting her daughter who lives there but while she has heard him, it was nothing like I have as she is under him. I am so frustrated. I even said someone could come sleep in my bed for a few days and see that the same vibration goes on every night close to the times I indicated in my emails. Any suggestions. I feel my life is on a spiral down.
