All owners where I live are responsible for their carport roofs. The board wants to have a material alteration vote to a change the trim around the carport roofs we all agree it should be replaced. Twenty eight carports have 50 feet of trim to replace and seventeen carports are larger and need 75 feet of trim replaced. The president and two board members are in the 75 feet of trim to replace group. The board wants everyone to be accessed the same amount of money for this change I told the board that is not right we should pay according to how many feet of trim we need replaced. It would be a conflict of interest for the president and two board members to expect us to all pay the same when they are in the group that needs 75 feet of trim replaced? I think its wrong.
