Should condo association handle water intrusion issue?

I've been living in lower floor unit for last 2 years in newly construction building. An Association has been transferred to the Unit Owners few months ago. I found out that during the rain water intrusion into my unit from sliding door. My hardwood is getting damaged and I think Association should handle this issue than owner. Can someone please help.
