In on our Condo HOA and have noticed our Board President has been consistently delinquent in making his HOA payments. As of now, two months behind. In our Rules and Regs, we state we can take a late payment, we don’t determine time frame or an amount. I recommended a few and time frame. I also recommended that the President rescue himself and step down, being a key decision maker and can’t make his HOA payments. He didn’t like that and in turn went to my personal Twitter Account and screen shotted political tweets I made and said I should step down since I’m a sexist, racist, bigot. This was then sent to the rest of the board.
Any advice on how to handle? Chicago Illinois.
