Who is responsible for window repair if the repair would be covered by a warranty if it were in play? I have broken seals in 3 of my windows. The association had the windows replaced in the whole building 10 years ago. The window manufacturer is no longer in business, I do not know what warranty is associated with those windows. The Board is now telling me that the windows are my responsibility, but because they fall in a grey area to me (part of the structure and not part of drywall in) I don’t think that windows are under my responsibility.
