Our Ohio association is preparing to do an amendment to our declaration in the form of revised by-laws. The entire document will then be recorded as is required. We are following the same format as previously used. We also have a Rules and Regulations document and wonder if rather than keeping it separate, we should now include that material in the restated by-laws and begin a new Rules and Regulations document when or if the need arises.
Also, we are the amendment will take a 75% vote. Can we do that by a show of hands or do we need a written ballot? Dayton, Ohio
