Question:
The crawl space in my townhome has flooded several times. The last time was in May of 2015.
My neighbor has the only sump pump for the entire building of 5 units, and the water is supposed to run to it. Each time it has flooded, the property management company ignores my requests to install a sump pump and spray a mold inhibitor down there.
Now, I am very ill and my doctors suspect I am reacting to mold. I told the board this, and they said they are discussing whether they are responsible for the moisture/mold testing and remediation at the next meeting. Is there anything I can do?
