We recently bought a brand new condo. It has an older section as well that is part of our association. When we signed our contract and read the bylaw book the only thing in there about smoking was that we are not to throw out cig butts out in public (which is completely understandable) But all of a sudden they are trying to adopt a new law saying there is NO SMOKING AT ALL IN ANY COMMON AREAS. Telling us we have to smoke in our units. That is not a contract we signed. Are they allowed to do this?
