Owner claims condo directors and manager committed fraud

Question:

Three members of our board of directors and the property manager along with the management company and the condo attorney have committed fraud by replacing items that did not need to be replaced in our community because of a conflict of interest. All of these people lied about why items had to be replaced and the condo attorney lied in writing to the Dept. of Community Affairs. They lied about the experts hired and sadly the job done on the 4 condos ruined those 4 condos. Who can be contacted when a board and management company find it necessary to steal money from the condo owners? Who do you contact if extortion has taken place? Thanks. p.s. Don't lecture me on making sure I know what I am talking about. I don't write about anything I am not sure about and I have investigated everything. The sad thing is that our new board members wanted to do the best for everyone and they have not looked into anything this corrupt management company has done. If the project needed to be done then the board would want it done correctly and they do not care about replacing the items that are defective that includes a leak from the new roof when the old roof never leaked at all.
