Condo management company is non-responsive

Our management company does not respond to board members i.e. returning telephone calls or responding to emails. They don't follow up on issues voted on by the board i.e. getting quotes for jobs, mailing letters to owners who violate rules and the list just goes on and on. We're trying to find another management company and in our area none are available...we need help.
