Our condominium only has 18 units, self-managed, with no no staff, no office. It has been our practice to allow owners seeking to sell their unit to permit realtors to post typical FOR SALE signs on condo property. This has not been a real issue until recently. There are now 4 units for sale, and 4 signs (different realtors), in the yard outside the wall, visible from the street. It would seem to me that one sign, UNITS AVAILABLE, with one phone number and a web address, would not only look better but better serve the interests of the sellers and the realtors. Does anyone have experience or suggestions relating to this issue?
