Only financial reports from our condo association is a spread sheet

Question:

We have a seven unit condominium.  All we get from the treasurer is a spread sheet. Are we entitled to a balance sheet that show income and expenses? Is this yearly, or can we request quarterly? Also are the books for the association required by Massachusetts law to be audited yearly?
