Condo owners are being ignored by property managers

Question:

I am in Massachusetts and own a condo, one of 264 units. Our property management consists of two brother in-laws. One is on site, the other buys up property, yes not illegal but unprofessional. Now,the board of trustee's - they are intimidated with the property managers, most are seniors and do not get out to see what is going on here. Drugs have been a huge problem, there have been drug raids, shootings. Basically this one time beautiful community has turned into a section 8 mess!

I am all for individuals who are in need of housing, However, the management company has had heads up on what unit is for sale, and he buys them, in which lowers my value as an owner. I walk the perimeter for exercise and syringes, spoons for crack, marijuana roaches, beer bottles, trojans.. etc. We owners cannot speak. The only time we can is at our owners annual meeting, and we are allowed less than 5 minutes. The property manager has taken advantage of our board of trustees, OR they are so afraid of them. I feel and observed them intimidating the board, to the point where they pretty much put their tails between their legs during meetings. Our head trustee, is approx: 75 years old, she is a sweetheart, yet does not and cannot physically walk around and see what is going on.She is flooded with (grandmotherly love, by our head of maintenance .

We (other owners) are furious, and need the board to be "BOARD OF TRUSTEES" we cant vote them out because we have lost the owners edge, we are now "the projects"... I really would appreciate your help...I am at a loss, and my condo has lost about 40 thousand dollars due to the "hood" I really need help here, am below water, cant sell, cant talk, and board is submitting.
