Condo Association maintains grounds outside of its property borders

Question:

For years our 12 unit one building condominium association has been mowing a large area outside of its property lines: I only recently discovered this after doing a property line search because of issues with some large dying trees that need to be removed. Turns out our BOD and others had assumed this area was our property. It is not according the plat and where the county puts the property lines according to the legal description in our master deed. This and other issues were brought to the attention of the members and the board... the board shows no real interest in addressing this or stopping this. The land, most of the yard and trees fall under the master association. If the BOD persists in spending our association money on land it does not own, what should or could I do?
