How much does your condo building elevator cost to operate?

Question:

Our condo association is in suburban Chicago. We have an elevator maintenance contract that covers parts and labor except for overtime premium, if any. Our hourly billing rate for overtime premium is $408. This seems outrageous. Will anyone in our same area share with me what their hourly rate is?
