Our one building condo association just had its annual meeting and the office of treasurer/secretary was open. There was only one volunteer and the owners would not vote him in. (unpopular? perceived as a bylaw zealot? known recovering alcoholic?, odd duck (Aspergers syndrome). Regardless the by-laws call for three board members and the treasurer/secretary actually does the most work and is the unofficial go to guy in case of problems. What if anything should I do to get the association to follow the by-laws. Seems to me a full board of administration is required and prudent?
